Requesting a Hamper:

 

We all need assistance from time to time. We are here to help. We provice food support to clients within Moose Jaw and areas around.

We treat all who access our services will be treated with kindess, respect and dignity. Anyone who approaches us for support will be treated in this way.

 

How to request a hamper:

If you need food support, you can call us at 306-692-2911 between 9am and 2pm, Monday through Friday.  Or you can also just come down to the Food Bank and inquire at our office.

 

Hamper pick up times are:

9am to 12 noon Monday to Friday

 

What to expect when you come in?

When you arrive, inform us that you are here to sign up for a hamper  We will request ID {SK health card, or photo id} for each person that lives in your household, and a recent piece of mail that has the date, name and address of one adult in the house.  We will go over the application with you and provide any other information needed.

 

Hamper:

Once the paper work is complete, we will give you a box containing approximately 7 days worth of food.  We try to include perishable and non-perishable food items.   You can also help yourself to bread and extras, as available in our front lobby area.  If there is anything in the hamper you would not use, we ask you to leave it behind.
